In El Greco we view traditional culinary products as inherently complete. Drawing inspiration from the Greek culture of food we travel the country to find the people whose produce we put on the table. Our aim is to offer products that are natural, nutritious, flavoursome and ethically sound.

Our story

El Greco is owned and managed by Nikolas Papadopoulos. Nikolas is a native of Greece where he spent most of his life before moving to Ireland. Fortunate enough to have grown up in an environment rich in flavours and traditions, he came to understand that food isn't mere nutrition but an expression of civilisation.

In 2013 Nikolas launched the El Greco project with the vision of bringing top agricultural produce from Greece to the Irish people. Today, El Greco’s products are displayed on the selves of an ever broadening network of retailing shops around the country.
